Founded in 2012, Kingwear has became one of the leading competitors in the smart wearable industry. With 5 branches based in China and our headquarters located in Shenzhen, we generate an annual turnover of 8 million dollars.

Our Factory

Kingwear factory is located in Shenzhen China, with 12 production lines and over 500 staff members. With the support of professional technology and supply chain, Kingwear has the ability of producing 3.6 million units of smart watches annually.

Kingwear factory owns a range of modern and classic factory shops, they include SMT, after welding, assembly lines and final testing teams,IQC,incoming material and two completed products warehouses. There is an advanced quality control system, and Kingwear has obtained the quality system certification of ISO9000:2000.

Kingwear factories have been equipped with sophisticated devices such as temperature testing, salt spray testing, extreme testing, vibrating testing console, environment testing, automatically aging testing device etc. We strictly follow the guidelines of ISO9000, set up three-class filed systems, production programmed, position processing standardization, producing stats digitization, and running 6S management, strengthening the procedures control. A complete system ensures effective production and quicker responses which will reinforce quality awareness and improve productivity.

All lines and workers take the steps of ESD, anti-dust, and warehouse adopt closed form ESD packed, there are automatic assembly lines and temperature controls as well as an age testing room,all products (hardware and software) undergo thorough testing in order to ensure high reliability and adaptability, all products pass a 24 hours period of age testing.
